Opening in September 1992, Spectrac Suspension Centers, Inc. was started by a man who had been working on trucks and motor homes since the 1970’s in his father’s shop. Gerald L. Hartman, Jerry to those who know him, is a man with a mission: to supply the best quality suspension work at a fair and reasonable price. Along with Mr. Hartman’s knowledge, he has surrounded himself with highly trained professional technicians whose suspension experience totals over 90 years.

Our focus is and always has been: Big trucks, Little trucks, Vans, Motor Homes, Travel Trailers, Utility Trailers, Buses and Tractor/Trailers. We are the authority on handling, tire wear, air suspensions, springs, brakes and all undercarriage problems. If the problem exists from the frame down, we are the ones to repair it. Spectrac prides itself on being able to fix problems that others cannot, and we guarantee your satisfaction – having you back on the road in no time.

The name Spectrac came from the concept of "setting your tracking to specifications."  Initially, the company specialized in suspensions and alignments; hydraulic and air brake systems were later added to the company menu.  Although we specialize in suspension and brake systems, we also carry a large parts inventory.  Our parts inventory includes springs, U-bolts, air bags, sway bars, brake parts, etc.  The company services a wide variety of customers and vehicles to include medium-size trucks, school buses, motor homes and trailers.
